Mechanics:
- The HSBC-Caltex Promotion for the 75th Anniversary of Caltex (“Promo” or “HSBC-Caltex Promo”) is open to all HSBC Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose credit cards are active and in good standing and were locally issued by HSBC Philippines.
- Employees of HSBC, Chevron Philippines, Inc. (Caltex), their advertising, BTL, PR and media agencies, their accredited service providers, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining
the Promo. - Cardholders must make a minimum single-receipt purchase of P500 worth of any Caltex fuel or Caltex lubricant product using their HSBC credit card (“Valid Purchase”) from June 15 to October 11, 2011 (“Promo Period”) to earn one electronic raffle entry.
- There will be a total of three (3) Regular Monthly Draws and one (1) Grand Draw for the HSBC-Caltex Promo. Draw dates and corresponding number of winners and prizes are as follows:

Electronic raffle entries that did not win during the First, Second and Third Regular Monthly Draws shall also still qualify for the Grand Draw of the HSBC-Caltex Promo.
- Prizes may be transferred but are not be convertible to cash. The 20% prize tax shall be shouldered by Caltex, where applicable.
- The raffle draws for the HSBC-Caltex Promo will be held at the HSBC office located at the 5th Floor, HSBC Centre, 3058 Fifth Avenue West Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City with the presence of a DTI representative and a representative from Caltex.
- Cardholders assigned to the drawn raffle number will be validated against HSBC’s records. In case of disqualification, another winner shall be drawn.
- Winners shall be announced online on HSBC’s public website www.hsbc.com.ph. Also, winners shall be notified via telephone and registered mail based on the Cardholders’ contact details in HSBC’s records.
- To claim the prize, winners must present the following: official notification letter, winning HSBC credit card and any valid ID (Company ID with picture and signature, Driver’s License, SSS ID and Voter’s ID) at the 7th Floor, HSBC Centre 3058 Fifth Avenue West Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. For Provincial winners, HSBC will arrange for the delivery of the prize.
- HSBC or Caltex shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any item won through this Promo that is lost or stolen as a result of the Cardholder’s own negligence.
- Winners authorize HSBC and Caltex to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars determined by HSBC to any person/s and in any mode or manner as HSBC and Caltex may deem appropriate.
- All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of HSBC and Caltex. All decisions made by HSBC and Caltex pertaining to the Promo will be deemed final and irrevocable, with the prior concurrence of the DTI.
- This Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions of HSBC’s Credit Card Products.
