MECHANICS:
- All BPI, BPI Family Bank, and BPI Direct deposit accountholders (“BPI Clients”) are entitled to join the “LOAD TO WIN” promo (“Promo”).
- Promo period is from July 1 to September 30, 2011.
- BPI Clients can earn electronic raffle numbers for their Express Mobile Smart Prepaid reloading transactions.
- A reload to his/her or other Smart Prepaid SIM will entitle client to one (1) electronic raffle number for every single or accumulated prepaid top-up of P200 during the promo period
- On October 14, 2011, BPI shall draw the winners of the following prizes via the electronic draw:
- Two (2) iPad 3G – one (1) winner each
- Two (2) iPod Touch – one (1) winner each
- A BPI Client can only win once, whichever prize is higher.
- Winners will be informed within five (5) calendar days from the time of the draw via email and registered mail. Likewise, the list of winners will be posted on BPI’s website, www.bpiexpressonline.com.
- To claim their prizes, winners should present the letter, their BPI Debit / ATM card, and a valid ID. Should a representative need to claim the prize for the winner, he/she must present the same requirements plus an authorization letter from the winner.
- Winners have ninety (90) calendar days to claim their prizes upon receipt of the registered mail. They may claim their prizes at 9F BPI Card Center Building, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
- Winners from the provinces will have their prizes delivered to them by BPI; however, winners will have to shoulder delivery fees.
- All BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank, BPI Direct and Smart employees including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join.
- All prizes are tax-free and not convertible to cash.
- Prizes not claimed within ninety (90) days from receipt of registered mail will be forfeited in favor of BPI.
- In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with concurrence of DTI will be final and binding.
