PROMO MECHANICS:

1. Promo period is from October 10 to 17, 2011 (8 DAYS)
2. Raffle promo is open to all Metro Manila customers who make a minimum order of P250.00 via McDelivery within the promo period.
3. One receipt worth at least P250 is considered a qualified order and entitles the customer to one (1) entry to the electronic raffle. No limit on the number of orders per day. The more qualified orders made, the more chances of winning.
4. Daily raffle draws will include all transactions from 12:00mn to 11:59pm of a particular day from October 10 to 17, 2011.
5. The electronic raffle draws will happen at Starcom MediaVest Group Office, 25/F Tower 2, The Enterprise Center, Paseo de Roxas corner Ayala Avenue, Makati City given the following schedules:
   
   On Oct 11, Daily Raffle Draw will happen at 2PM
   On Oct 12, Daily Raffle Draw will happen at 2PM
   On Oct 13, Daily Raffle Draw will happen at 2PM
   On Oct 14, Daily Raffle Draw will happen at 2PM
   On Oct 15, Daily Raffle Draw will happen at 2PM
   On Oct 16, Daily Raffle Draw will happen at 2PM
   On Oct 17, Daily Raffle Draw will happen at 2PM
   On Oct 18, Daily Raffle Draw will happen at 2PM
6. Daily winners will be posted at www.facebook.com/mcdo.ph at 6PM on the day of the raffle draw.
7. There will be a total of 720 winners during the promo period, or 90 winners per day for 8 days. Each winner will get two (2) BRONZE tickets of Black Eyed Peas concert on October 25, 2011 at SM MOA Concert Grounds.
8. Winners can claim their prizes from October 11 to 24, 2011, except on Sunday (October 23), during office hours only (10-12nn and 1pm to 5pm).
9. The winner will be notified through a phone call, SMS by Starcom MediaVest Group Philippines. To claim his prize, the winner must present either his McDonald's receipt or SMS confirmation with two (2) valid IDs (ie SSS ID, company ID, driver's license, passport) at Starcom MediaVest Group Office, 25/F Tower 2, The Enterprise Center, Paseo de Roxas corner Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
10. Customers can win more than once.
11. The prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
12. All prizes not claimed on October 24, 5pm, will be forfeited.
13. Employees of Golden Arches Development Corporation, their branches, advertising, PR and media agencies, call center, suppliers and contractors and their relatives up to second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
