- This contest is open to all individuals, Filipino citizens in the Philippines or abroad.
- Your goal is to nominate someone you personally know -- either a relative or a friend -- and make a video on why this person deserves a PRO-FRIENDS home.
- The person that you nominated should be employed (if an adult) or should have either one of their parents employed (if a minor) and must be a Filipino citizen.
- The person that you nominated should not own their own house for the duration of the contest.
- Your video must be bewteen 1-1 ½ minutes and in any of the following formats: .wmv, .mp4, .3gp, .mov
- Only one video essay per nominator is allowed.
- The PRO-FRIENDS home to be given is tax free.
- The video and the content becomes the property of PRO-FRIENDS Inc. and the nominator and the nominee agrees to allow the use of the video for whatever legal purposes.
- All PCFI and EBTI employees and their relatives up to the 2nd level of consanguinity and our advertising and media partners, are not allowed to join this contest.
